At Roslily, we aim to deliver a seamless shopping experience for every lady. Refunds are available under the following conditions only:
1. Full Refund Eligibility
We offer full refunds without return required for the below issues:
- Severe manufacturing defects: torn fabric, broken zippers, misprinted patterns, incorrect items shipped.
- Significant shipping damage: obvious rips, stains, or deformation caused by courier transit.
- Wrong size/style sent by our warehouse error.
Please provide clear photos/videos of the flawed product within 7 calendar days after delivery confirmation, and we will process your refund within 3–5 business days after verification.
2. Refunds for Returned Items
If you return eligible unused, unwashed garments under our Return & Exchange Policy, we will issue your refund after we receive and inspect the parcel at our warehouse.
- Refund method: Original payment channel (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay).
- Refund timeline: 5–10 business days after warehouse inspection approval, depending on bank processing speed.
- Shipping fees, customs charges, and expedited delivery surcharges are non-refundable unless the error is from Roslily’s side.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be offered for:
- Final sale, clearance, swimwear, lingerie, customized embroidered pieces.
- Items washed, worn, stained, altered, damaged by customer misuse, or missing original tags/packaging.
- Late refund requests submitted over 14 days after package delivery.
- Order cancellation requests submitted after parcel dispatch.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered as a compromise for minor, low-impact flaws at our customer service’s sole discretion, without requiring item return.
