RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Roslily accepts returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, undamaged apparel with all original labels and packaging intact, within 14 calendar days of delivery confirmation.

1. Eligible Items for Return/Exchange

All regular-priced dresses, blouses, skirts, coats, resort wear are eligible for return or exchange.

2. Items Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable

  • Clearance final sale goods, swimwear, lingerie, shapewear.
  • Custom embroidered, personalized custom garments.
  • Items with obvious signs of wear, washing, stains, pet hair, cut tags, or self-alteration.
  • Damages caused by improper washing, ironing, or customer misuse.

3. How to Request Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a return/exchange request via our Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your package. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item.
  2. Wait for our customer service team to approve your request and send you a return shipping address within 48 hours.
  3. Carefully repack the item, attach the return label we provide, and ship it back. Keep your shipping receipt until the warehouse completes inspection.

4. Shipping Fees for Returns & Exchanges

  • If return/exchange is caused by Roslily’s error (wrong size, defective product, wrong item): We cover return shipping costs.
  • If you return/exchange due to personal preference (unsuitable size, dislike color/style): You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Original order shipping fees will not be refunded.

5. Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will arrange your new replacement size/style shipment within 3 working days. If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
