1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 business days for warehouse picking, quality inspection, and packaging before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimated and not fully guaranteed, subject to customs clearance and local postal delays.

3. Shipping Cost Rules

  • Standard shipping complimentary for all orders subtotal over $89.
  • Orders under $89 will charge a flat standard shipping rate displayed at checkout.
  • Expedited shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination country.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees are the buyer’s responsibility and not covered by Roslily.

4. Tracking & Lost Parcels

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track delivery status on our website or carrier official site.
  • If your package shows "delivered" but you never receive it: Contact us within 7 days; we will assist you to file a claim with the logistics provider.
  • If your parcel is confirmed lost by the courier after investigation: We will offer a full refund or free re-delivery of your items, your choice.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Some remote islands may not support expedited shipping.

Roslily cannot ship to PO boxes for expedited orders.
