TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Account & Membership

• You may create a personal account to track orders, save favorites, and receive exclusive Roslily offers. All account information you provide must be accurate and complete.
• You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account. Please keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if unauthorized access occurs.
• Roslily reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with fraudulent information, repeated order cancellation, or violation of our store rules.

2. Product & Pricing

• All garment sizes, colors, fabric descriptions, and photos are for reference only. Minor color differences may exist due to screen display variations, which do not count as product defects.
• Prices shown on the site are final retail prices in USD, excluding shipping fees, customs duties, and local taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice, but price changes will not affect confirmed paid orders.
• Limited edition, flash sale, and clearance items are non-price-matched and non-stackable with most additional discount codes unless stated otherwise.

3. Order Placement & Cancellation

• Once your payment is successfully processed, your order is confirmed. We begin garment picking and packaging within 24 working hours.
• Order cancellation requests are only accepted within 12 hours after payment. If your parcel has already shipped, cancellation will not be available, and you will need to follow our return policy after receiving the item.
• Roslily holds the right to cancel orders unilaterally in cases of out-of-stock inventory, pricing system errors, or suspicious fraudulent orders; full refunds will be issued for such canceled orders.
